Launch of the MOLISA Partnership Group on Social Protection and Poverty Reduction. The result will be a coordination of the different organizations in Vietnam to form partners according to services provided to the people of Vietnam. I have to assume that this program is designed to eliminate duplicate work done in Vietnam by the different agencies. It is a good idea but I sensed some hesitancy on the part of some of the agencies. Next meetin is scheduled in six months. I will see how it progresses.
The friends of the group were there, including Mr. Tuoc. Always a pleasure seeing him.
